No Tool is recognized by Atmel Studio, but the Driver seems to be Working

This thread is locked. Disconnect all USB devices and then perform the following steps: It will run as normal.
Ratandeep and Ian, I will contact Atmel Tech support but in the interim, I was able to successfully get this hardware working on my laptop this morning. So to make it work I followed these steps.

Then goto the usb64 folder from command prompt as administrator. I am glad that you managed to fix the issue.
