This allows me to ‘bank’ back-and-forth between my input tracks and allows me to get a very quick 2-channel rough mix from my DAW. Get control of each and every audio parameter at your fingertips. And the knobs have led indicators that reflect the value in your software or vst. The built-in power supply is a nice addition, which keeps another ‘wall wart or ‘brick’ out of my cable bag.

I bought two, and they link up perfectly. You will have to come across two MIDI cables on your own, but that should be pretty easy: It’s small, lightweight and seems to be very well built. Best of all, discover just how awesome MIDI can be!

Hardware Enhancement for Your Digital Workflow. Like any Behringer product, it works well, but is likely to be fragile, so take care of it. It still gets the work done so I guess they beehringer to skimp somehow to get the price down that low.
I used it with FLstudio’s mixer on mackie emulation mode and it works like a breez. The Korg seems like a cheap piece of electronics in comparison.
Redefine how you make music. So, I tried it and I’m really impressed. I use the BCF for a ‘tactile’ control surface when I do location multitrack recording. This is one of the few times I would recommend a Behringer product. The eight 8 endless rotary encoders, each with a element LED indicator, have a special push-to-set function that allows you to select, adjust and control a myriad of functions.
Expect other people in the room to find them more bothersome than you do. And alot of free and paid apps exist to control MIDI devices.

They look a lot better than they feel. I found the faders to be noisy and gittery and most annoying was the lack of touch response found on many of the higher end controllers. While software-based music creation has done much to eliminate the bulky inconvenience of hardware rigs, it has left a void in the realm of tactile, real-time control.
